Added Sugarbush, VT

Finally, added Sugarbush but only the southern area so far. The resort covers a lot of area if you put the two areas together, so I split it in two. I’ll probably have the Mt. Ellen side up tonight or tomorrow night. Then Mad River Glen is right up north of there, so I’ll do that next just for completeness.
