Now Snowbird, Taos, and Vail in 3D Java

I’ve added Snowbird, UT, Taos Ski Valley, NM, and Vail, CO to the 3D Java lineup.Demicron’s WireFusion is a pretty good tool for this, and it’s nice that it makes fairly small Java applet, and it performs well for being Java. Still, it’s got a lot more tools than I need, and compared to native plugins the performance is crappy. Using Java for anything is like going back ten years in terms of performance, so in today’s world it’s like having a 233 mhz cpu. Really dazzling at the time, but nowadays, not so much.

However, I think there are a lot of people who gladly trade performance for ease of delivery, so that’s where Java comes in handy. Because of that, it makes a good way to attract new traffic, so that’s why I’m going to keep putting out these 3D Java models.
